Sewa International Inc (USA) supported this extraordinary project called Aruna Chetana last few years. Aruna Chetana provides education, physiotherapy and vocational training to children with multiple disabilities.

Sewa International Inc. funded partial honorarium of the Aruna Chetana staff. Following are few noteworthy points and photos from Aruna Chetana:

• We are extremely happy to share with you that two of our children Chi. Thyagaraj and Chi. Raju participated in the floor hockey event in the international special Olympic at Idaho USA . The Indian team won the Gold Medal. Children are challenged true but they too can make the flag fly high in the sky.
• This year we have so far rehabilitated 8 children and so far nearly 65 children are rehabilitated with jobs.
• Four children with Cerebral Palsy under went surgery and their post operative progress is highly satisfactory. Now they have developed walking with support.
• Rekha made us proud by joining diploma course in Civil engineering . She joined Aruna Chetana with severe learning disorder and hearing impairment. She was trained upto 6th Standard and then integrated to normal school. She completed her 10th standard in 2008 April with 52% and joined diploma course.
