On the occasion of Diwali, HSS Naperville and SEWA International are conducting Food drive for community in Naperville-Aurora. We encourage you to donate food for the community.
 
Food items can be donated starting Dussara 28th September and conclude by end of Diwali on 24th October 2009.

City of Naperville has decided to declare proclamation for Diwali Festival on Evening of Oct 20th and all of us are invited for this event in Naperville city office.

You can drop Food items at these Collection Points:
Balaji Grocery / Mayuri Mini Mart / Michaels Market / Chutney’s / Spice Mart

Food items: ONLY VEGETARIAN ITEMS

  • Canned Chili / Canned vegetables (no corn please)
  • Rice and rice meals
  • Breakfast cereal (hot and cold)
  • Sugar / Flour / Coffee / Tea (regular or decaf)/Vegetable oil
  • Juice and Juice boxes (100%) – Without refrigeration 
  • Granola bars (used for school-age children's nutrition program)

Food collected shall be distributed on October 31, 2009 to Loaves and Fishes food shelter in Naperville.
