Little Rock Music Masti (LRMM) presented a successful musical evening for two charities exclusively for children with special needs– ‘Aruna Chetana’ and ‘Vatsalya Trust’. We had an audience of nearly 150 people, and raised a total of $3801, in addition to elevating public awareness to this righteous cause.

The event went off without a glitch due to many volunteers helping for this event. LRMM performers sang a number of Bollywood tunes along with an excellent MC. During the program several children spoke intermittently about the needy children in India and motivated the audience to contribute to this worthy cause. Throughout the event a PowerPoint presentation and video of the real life children of the chosen charities was played to give a better picture to the audience. During intermission, refreshments donated by several volunteers were sold which was also contributed towards the charities. After intermission, a talented high school senior played the drums. He enthralled the audience with his rhythm and beats. The audience expressed that the first half of the program was awesome and in addition the second half was pure "MASTI" with fast beat tunes. The audience danced incessantly through the evening.

We were very pleased with plentiful positive comments from the audience. We sincerely thank all the contributors / volunteers towards this noble cause. It is wonderful that we all have the opportunity to touch the hearts of some other lives.
The struggle to change the world begins one heart at a time. I hope this event will inspire others in Little Rock and will spur them on towards a greater good.
