Burr Wolff, a Houston based company which specializes in state and local tax solutions, held a three day silent auction of donated gift items and services to raise funds for Tsunami victims.

The theme, “A Gift From The Heart” was chosen for this Valentine’s week event to serve as a reminder that when tragedy strikes, even the smallest communities can pull together and give from the heart to make a difference.  Everyone was eager to reach out, whether it was by donating items for the auction, or pitching in to set up during the late night hours.

We are very grateful to all the committee members and the participants who made this event a great success by donating generously. The donations and contributions that the Burr Wolff employees provided for the silent auction fundraiser, is an affirmation of the kindness and humanity that still exist in this world. Burr Wolff is proud to have donated $1,820 to the relief effort of SEWA International USA.
