Help for Sewa International 3rd National Youth Convention 2023

Namaste Coordinator! As we get closer to our national conference we need your help to increase participation and get all students involved in the 3rd National Youth Convention that is scheduled from 11:00 - 3:00 PM (EDT) on July 29th.

High-Level summary
The convention will be split into 4 different sessions.
Session 1 - Welcome, National Anthem, Sewa Geet, National LEAD presentation and Chapter presentations.
Session2 -  K​eynote speaker, Chapter presentations and Kahoot Game
Session3 - Webinar breakout sessions and one-main panel discussion for parents
Session 4 - ​Resolution, chapter presentations

We need help with the following to include all high school students conducting the convention successfully. 

1. Emcees & Presenters: Looking for 10 students from any chapter who can speak, articulate and present well. Contact Jyothsna ji (408) 216-3072

2. Video Presentation: Prepare and submit 2 min 30 sec video presentation of your chapter's Youth/LEAD activities (make it fun​, ​vibrant and relevant - get as many kids involved as possible in the video). 3. Choir and Band: Need two chapters to participate in the American National Anthem (Choir or band). Contact Nags ji (312) 371-3537

4.Moderators: We need 18 moderators to conduct 9 breakout sessions. Contact Jagadesh ji (207) 400-1147 or Saylee ji (248) 619-4549

5. List of Graduates: Provide a list of highschoolers who have graduated in 2023.

Please encourage all Youth and LEADs to be part of this celebration. Mark their calendars and periodically remind them.

Deadline July 1st: All Chapter and Lead Coordinators are requested to fill this form for planning the convention in a better way.
