Couples Category: Dancing may not come naturally to many spouses, so to keep the experience fun and encouraging while recognizing individual talents, awards will be presented in six different categories instead of traditional 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rankings. Examples include Most Energetic Performance, Most Innovative Choreography, Best Expression & Emotions, and more
Milwaukee Contest Schedule and timings:
Contest would begin sharp 9:30 AM. Here is the lineup.
Session 1: Classical and Semi-Classical- 10am - 1:30pm. (Sign-in 9:30 am)
Prize Ceremony - 1:30 pm - 2 pm (including time to decide winners)
Session 2: Folk and Bollywood - 2- to 5:30 pm. (Sign-in 1:30 pm)
Prize Ceremony - 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (including time to decide winners)
Assumptions: It would take an estimated 30 min to decide session winners.
These timings approx. since this is the 1st time we are doing Dance Idol. Timings might very 30 min here and there based on how it goes. Please plan to arrive in your session timeslot.
