Please read the guidelines COMPLETELY, please do not RUSH

We are really looking forward to showing you some good times at the concert . Given below are some request for you that will make event really fun for you and everyone. 

Things to do 3 days before the event :

PRINT (if possible)  your e-tickets. You should have received it immediately after buying tickets. Check SPAM folder if you can't find it.  

It is mandatory to show the ticket on event day. Payment confirmation cannot be accepted. e-tickets on mobile are fine but they slow down the processing and queue builds up so we are trying to avoid those.

Things to do on Friday (on May 16th)

Be sure to arrive on 5:45 pm to allot enough time for socializing with your friends over lunch, visit business sponsor booths, take photos!!. 

You won’t believe but we actually begin the show on time (Sharp 7:15 pm)

**Dinner will be served from 5:45 PM-6:45 PM. Dinner will NOT be available after 7:15 pm due to clean-up.**

Event Flow:

• Parking:
  Milwaukee South school has its own parking lot. Please park in main parking lot (biggest) Look for tallest part of the building and  and enter through gate no. 9.

Please do not enter through main entrance but enter through Gate no. 9 which is towards tallest part of the building. 

• Show (or buy) Tickets: Park your car, walk into the welcome counter to show your e-tickets PRINT (not on phone) along with your photo-ID, purchase your and kids tickets if needed.

• Business Sponsor Booths: Please take time to visit our vendors booths and win some cool Raffle prizes. Concert would not have been possible without their generous support. 

• Sewa Event Photos : Please take event photos and videos and don’t forget to post them on facebook with #SEWA-MKE
