Please read the guidelines COMPLETELY, please do not RUSH

We are really looking forward to showing you some good times at the concert . Given below are some request for you that will make event really fun for you and everyone. 

Things to do 3 days before the event :

PRINT  your e-tickets. Here is a SAMPLE  of how e-ticket looks like:

Payment confirmation cannot be accepted. e-tickets on mobile are fine but they slow down the processing and queue builds up so we are trying to avoid those.

Things to do on Saturday (on May 13th)

Be sure to arrive on 11:45 am to allot enough time for socializing with your friends over lunch, visit business sponsor booths, take photos!!. 

You won’t believe but we actually begin the show on time (Sharp 1 pm)

**LUNCH will be served from 11:45 AM-12:45 pm. Lunch will NOT be available after 1 pm due to clean-up.**

Event Flow:

• Parking:
  Greenfield school has its own parking lot. Drive safe.

Please do not enter through main entrance but enter through Gate no. 21 which is next to Main entrance. 

• Show (or buy) Tickets: Park your car, walk into the welcome counter to show your e-tickets PRINT (not on phone) along with your photo-ID, purchase your and kids tickets if needed.

• Business Sponsor Booths: Please take time to visit our vendors booths and win some cool prizes. Concert would not have been possible without their generous support. 

• Sewa Photo Booth: Be creative in your pictures and don’t forget to post them on facebook with #SEWA-MKE

• Kids Corner:‘Kid’s Corner’’ check-in would begin at 12:30 PM.  Please have your e-tickets for kids with you before checking the kids in. Please do not wait till last moment to check-in your kids as there might be a long queue due to check in process. 

Kids concert is for age group 5 - 12 only. Any kid below 5 years needs to be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

As a tip, last year many kids (especially older kids) had their tablets or phone with them. There is wi-fi available but please feel free to load games or download netflix movies to watch on the kids tablets. Feel free to bring your kids favorite toy. We, of course would have structured program.

We would be providing light snacks only mid-time during the kids concert.  Please make sure that kids have had proper Lunch before checking them in.
