Hetal Nayak completed her M.D. (Anesthesiology) from Montefiore Medical Center in New York. She has been teaching spirituality and yoga for past 8 years. Currently she is a Doctoral student at SVYASA - a yoga university in Bengaluru, India. She is involved in teaching yoga to all age groups at several locations in San Antonio. She conducts Teacher Training Courses in yoga. She is passionate about serving the community through various ways but mainly focused on improving health holistically.
