Help for Sewa International 3rd National Youth Convention 2023
Namaste Coordinator! 3rd National Youth Convention is scheduled from 11:00 - 3:00 PM (EDT) on July 29th. Please mark the date!
As we are getting closer to the date, we need your help motivating our youth to participate in big numbers.
High-Level summary
The convention will be split into 4 different sessions.
Session 1 - Welcome, National Anthem, Sewa Geet, National LEAD presentation, and Chapter presentations.
Session2 - Keynote speech, and Chapter presentations
Session3 - Breakout sessions - Panel Discussion on various topics
Session 4 - Resolution, Chapter presentations
We need help with the following to include all high school students conducting the convention successfully.
1. Emcees, Presenters and Moderators: We are looking for about 30 students who can speak, articulate and present well. Contact Jyothsna ji (408) 216-3072 or Saylee ji (248) 619-4549

2. Video Presentation: Prepare and submit 2 min video presentation of your chapter's Youth/LEAD activities (make it fun, vibrant and relevant - get as many kids involved as possible in the video). The video should cover the unique projects & major accomplishments since August 2022.

Chapter Video Guidelines :--
-- Please make sure the Video limit is 2mins only.
-- In addition to showcasing the project highlights, we kindly request that the video begins with a brief introductory segment about your chapter. This should include key information such as the number of LEADs, total hours contributed, and the duration of our LEAD program. Following the introduction, we would like to delve into the details of the projects undertaken. To make it more engaging, it would be wonderful if one or more LEADs could narrate the projects while pictures and videos related to the initiatives are played.
-- To maintain consistency and brand representation, we kindly ask for the Sewa logo to be embedded in the videos, pictures, and slides throughout the entire video presentation.
-- At the conclusion of the video, please include a contact details slide to facilitate further engagement. This slide should include pertinent information such as the names of the coordinators, the chapter email address, and our social media handles.
-- Add a slide of all the LEADs who are graduating this year from your chapter to congratulate them. Please add their Photos, name and the University they're going to.
-- Last & most important point, to ensure the video remains concise and captivating, we kindly request that the final runtime does not exceed 2 minutes
Please encourage all Youth and LEADs to be part of this celebration. Mark their calendars and periodically remind them.
Deadline : All Chapter and Lead Coordinators are requested to provide the requested information by the mentioned deadlines for planning the convention in a better way.
