Seeking relief from pain or discomfort? Join Sewa International Central New Jersey Chapter and Subodh Yoga for a transformative 4-day workshop, mastering back pain management through enriching yoga therapy.  

Program Dates: Sept 30th, Oct 01st, 07th, 08th' 2023

Time: 03:00 PM - 06:30 PM (3.5 hours in-person workshop each day)
