A Youth Engagement Program For the High School Students

"LEAD” is a Sewa International Youth engagement program for High School students. The program provides a platform for young adults to explore, innovate ideas and learn essential leadership skills, fostering a service mindset and becoming the compassionate, proactive leaders of tomorrow.

Through engaging activities, mentorship, and hands-on community service, we aim to inspire students to recognize their potential to create positive change in the society. Our program fosters personal growth, social responsibility, and leadership skills, empowering young individuals to lead with purpose and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Sewa Pathways to Serve Leadership Program

The Sewa Pathways to Serve Leadership Program combines experiential learning with thoughtful reflection offering a holistic approach to leadership development rooted in the spirit of selfless service. The LEAD students engage in:

Interactive learning sessions that strengthen leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Curated learning resources that inspire critical thinking and broaden perspectives.

Guided reflections that encourage self-awareness, empathy, and personal growth.

Hands-on service projects that transform ideas into meaningful community action.

The program is organized into four progressive levels:

Level 1 Ready to LEAD

A foundational introduction to service leadership focused on understanding the spirit of Sewa, community responsibility, and volunteer engagement.

Level 2 Design to LEAD

Focused on training high-potential, socially minded teenagers in a Design-Thinking based approach to understand and address society's most significant challenges.

Level 3 VANI — The Sewa LEADership Journey

An advanced leadership development experience centered on strengthening the practical skills needed to lead with purpose, integrity, and service at the core.

Level 4 National Youth Council

Dedicated to National-level planning, coordination, and execution for empowering youth leaders to drive Sewa's mission at scale.
