Aarya is inspired by his mom's endless volunteer work. He did an excellent job in many Sewa fund raising activities. He is leading this years Sewa's food drive for feed the hungry program.

He enjoys being a Sewa Youth Group member and would like to involve many of his friends in Sewa .

Akash is a rising junior and has been volunteering since 7th grade. He has taught young children Math, Robotics, and Programming.

Akash believes one receives the most while giving to the community. He conducts Programming lessons in Scratch and Python for Sewa International. In addition, he also helps manage the Sewa Boston Youth Group webpage.

Nithya Uppuluri

Nithya Uppuluri is a rising sophomore at Shrewsbury High School and has been working with Sewa for over 5 years. She has participated in food drives, donating food and helping bring the donations to local food banks.

She believes that helping people in need is the most fulfilling act of humankind.


Urvi Savant

Urvi attended Shrewsbury High School and is now a chemistry major at Smith College. She has been involved in the Indian classical arts her entire life, and is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and Hindustani vocalist. At college, she is an active member of the South Asian fusion dance team, and she volunteers with local organizations in her spare time.

As a part of Sewa Boston's Youth Group, Urvi hopes to use her dance skills to encourage people of all ages to stay active while raising awareness for Sewa's pandemic relief efforts.
